Organiser:
This campaign is organised by Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd (“the Organiser”) in conjunction with Singapore’s SG60 celebration.
Campaign Period:
1 August 2025 – 31 August 2025
1. Eligibility
1.1 This campaign is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
1.2 Employees of Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd, its agencies, promotional partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible for any lucky draw or sure-win prizes.
1.3 BoBo Rewards membership is required for certain activities; members must register with valid personal details.
2. Campaign Mechanics & Redemption
2.1 In-Store Promotions (Roadshows)
(A) Spend $15 in a single receipt at participating roadshows to receive:
- 1x Regular BoBo Cooler Bag
- 1x Pack of BoBo Fried Tau Kee
- 1x McCormick Sauce (for first 100 customers per day)
(B) Spend $25 in a single receipt to receive:

(C) Earn 1 Additional Gashapon Draw Chance by completing any ONE of the following:

- Sign up for BoBo Rewards and upload valid purchase receipt
- Like, share & tag 3 friends on BoBo’s official Facebook post
Social media profiles must be set to public to qualify.
2.2 Gashapon Sure-Win Prizes

All prizes are sure-win and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Warranty and support for Gashapon prizes are provided solely by the original manufacturer. Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd bears no liability for defects, servicing, or claims related to third-party products.
2.3 BoBo Day Exclusive (8 August 2025 @ FairPrice, Jurong Point)
- First 100 walk-in participants will receive Free Nasi Lemak

3. General Terms
3.1 All redemptions and entries must be supported by valid original receipts dated within the campaign period.
3.2 Prizes are strictly while stocks last, on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
3.4 Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of similar value without prior notice.
3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts, social media actions, and disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses the campaign process.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred from the participation, use of prizes, or redemption process.
4.2 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
5. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
5.1 By participating, participants agree that Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd may use their name, photos, videos, or user-generated content for promotional and publicity purposes in any media, without compensation or notice.
5.2 All intellectual property rights to promotional visuals, slogans, and content remain with the Organiser.
6. PDPA – Use of Personal Data
6.1 Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (name, contact number, social media handles, photos, etc.) by Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd for the purposes of:
- Campaign administration and prize fulfilment
- Contacting winners and verification
- Sending future promotional and marketing communications via WhatsApp, email, or social media
6.2 Participants may opt out of future marketing by:
- Emailing [email protected]
6.3 All data collected will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and will not be shared with third parties except as required for campaign administration or by law.
7. Amendments & Force Majeure
7.1 Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.2 The Organiser shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to acts of God, pandemic-related restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
8. Gashapon Prize Fulfilment
8.1 All Gashapon sure-win prizes will be delivered to the winners within 30 days from the date of redemption or form submission.
8.2 To facilitate delivery, winners are required to complete a prize claim form, either:
- Digitally via a secured online e-form (QR code or link will be provided); or
- Physically at the roadshow booth.
8.3 The following personal information must be submitted accurately:
- Full Name (as per NRIC or official ID)
- Mobile Number
- Delivery Address
- Email Address (optional, for delivery confirmation or support)
8.4 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid and disqualified from prize fulfilment.
8.5 Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd reserves the right to request proof of identity and purchase before processing prize delivery.
8.6 All personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with Clause 6 (PDPA – Use of Personal Data) and used solely for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
