1. Eligibility
1.1 This campaign is open to all individuals residing in Singapore who are 18 years old and above at the time of participation.
1.2 Employees of Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd, Jinjja Chicken Singapore, affiliated advertising/marketing agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win leaderboard or lucky draw prizes.
2. How to Participate
2.1 During the campaign period, customers may enter the BoBo Squid Ball Game by:
Purchase-Based Entry:
- Spend $8 or more in a single transaction on BoBo products (online or offline). Only 1 token and $1 contribution per receipt, regardless of purchase amount.
- Upload receipt via WhatsApp to +65 6432 6818
- Reward: 1 game token + $1 added to the Cash Prize Pool.
Selected Tray Pack Purchase:
- Buy a qualifying BoBo tray pack (online/offline)
- BoBo Small Fried Ngoh Hiang
- BoBo Fried Premium FishBall
- BoBo Big Flat Fish Cake
- BoBo Small Xi Dao FishCake
- Reward: 1 game token + instant win prize.
Campaign Material Entry:
- Scan the QR code on BoBo campaign materials (e.g., tissue packs, wobblers, posters).
- Reward: 1 game token
Referral Entry:
- Share a unique referral link/code.
- 1 game token awarded per valid referral (no self-referrals).
Each receipt may only be used once for campaign participation. Duplicate entries using the same receipt will be disqualified.
2.2 All purchases must be made between 1 June and 31 July 2025. Receipts may be requested to verify eligibility.
3. Game and Prizes
3.1 Leaderboard Prizes
The Top 10 scorers in the BoBo Squid Ball Game will win:

Leaderboard is determined by accumulated high score between 1 June and 31 July 2025. Cheating or score manipulation will result in disqualification.
3.2 Grand Prize – Cash Pool Lucky Draw
One (1) winner will be selected via randomised lucky draw from all eligible participants. The final prize amount will be based on the total accumulated Cash Prize Pool.
Draw will be conducted by Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd by 8 August 2025 , and the winner will be notified via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
3.3 Jinjja Chicken Voucher
- $2 Jinjja discount coupon with min. spend of $12
- Valid for 1 month from date of issue at any Jinjja Chicken or Jinjja Kitchen Singapore store
- Discount is valid for in-store use only and must be redeemed over the counter. Please click ‘Redeem’ only when you’re ready to place your order
- Once redeemed, the coupon cannot be reinstated, refunded, or reissued in the event of accidental redemption
- Screenshots or duplicates will not be accepted
- This Coupon is for one-time use only and is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
- Not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers
- Jinjja and BoBo reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion without prior notice
- Promotion is limited to one redemption per receipt.
3.3 BoBo Shopee Voucher
- 8% off voucher (minimum spend $25 required, capped at $5); 1 redemption per account).
- Vouchers are valid until 31 Aug 2025
- Shipping fee not included
- $50 no min spend (for Top 10 leaderboard winners only)
- Vouchers are valid until 31 Oct 2025
- Shipping fee not included
3.3 Referral Token Cap
Each participant may earn up to a maximum of 300 referral tokens throughout the campaign.
Attempts to exceed this limit through fake accounts, repeated submissions, or fraudulent methods will lead to disqualification and possible account suspension without prior notice.
4. Use of Personal Data & PDPA Compliance
4.1 By participating, entrants consent to Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data (including name, contact number, purchase details) for the purposes of:
- Administering the campaign
- Contacting winners
- Sending promotional updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Improving future marketing campaigns
4.2 Participants can opt out at any time by sending “UNSUBSCRIBE” via email to @gadpoint.comor from BoBo Rewards WhatsApp.
4.3 All personal data will be managed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. BoBo will not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
5. Disclaimers & Legal Notices
5.1 No Affiliation with Netflix
This campaign is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Netflix or the Squid Game television series. All references to “Squid” or game inspiration are parodic in nature and used for entertainment purposes only.
All creative assets, characters, and mechanics in the BoBo Squid Ball Game are original and owned by Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd.
5.2 Jinjja Chicken Collaboration Disclaimer
Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd is collaborating with JINJJA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD., which includes the Jinjja Chicken and Jinjja Kitchen brands, for this Campaign. JINJJA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (including its Jinjja Chicken and Jinjja Kitchen brands) is acting solely as a collaborating partner in this Campaign. It is not the organizer of the Campaign and bears no responsibility for the administration of the Campaign or the fulfillment of prizes. All inquiries or issues regarding the Campaign should be directed to the Organizer.
Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd is not responsible for:
- Any activities, conduct, service, or promotions held by Jinjja Chicken Singapore
- Any operational or service issues encountered by customers at Jinjja Chicken outlets or delivery platforms
5.3 Game Fairness & Limitations
BoBo reserves the right to:
- Modify game mechanics or terminate the campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances
- Disqualify participants found to be using unfair methods, bots, or multiple accounts
- Substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary
BoBo shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage to personal property
- Technical issues, connectivity interruptions, or game failures
- Failure to receive prize notifications due to inaccurate contact information
5.4 Disqualification:
- Fraudulent behavior (e.g., bots, fake purchases) voids participation.
5.5. Force Majeure:
- The company (or should we say Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd?) is not liable for any campaign disruptions resulting from pandemics, strikes, or government directives
5.6. Governing Law:
- Disputes resolved under Singapore law in Singapore courts.
5.7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to this Campaign, including (but not limited to) trademarks, logos, designs, and game content, remains the sole property of Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or any campaign materials shall be construed as granting participants any rights to use the Organizer’s intellectual property.
6. General
6.1 All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash (unless otherwise stated).
6.2 Winners must claim their prizes within 14 days of notification, or it will be forfeited.
6.3 Winners may be required to present their Player ID and the mobile number registered with BoBo Rewards on WhatsApp for prize collection.
6.4 In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms & Conditions and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
6.5 BoBo’s decision on all campaign matters is final and binding.
