
BoBo Family Campaign
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the “BoBo Family” campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd (trading as “BoBo”) (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Campaign (including using any physical game cards and/or the digital BoBo Family game), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not participate in the Campaign.
1. Campaign Period
1.1 The Campaign is valid in Singapore from 1 December 2025, 00:00 (SGT) to 31 March 2026, 23:59 (SGT) (“Campaign Period”), or such other period as the Organizer may determine in its sole discretion.
1.2 The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open to individuals who are:
- Legal residents of Singapore; and
- Aged 18 years and above as of the start of the Campaign Period.
2.2 Individuals below 18 years of age may participate only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian shall be deemed to have agreed to these T&Cs on behalf of the minor.
2.3 The following persons are not eligible to win prizes (but may still play the game for fun, at the Organizer’s discretion):
- Employees of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies; and
- Immediate family members of such employees (spouse, parents, children, siblings).
2.4 The Organizer reserves the right to require participants to produce proof of identity and eligibility at any time, and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Participating Products & Game Cards
3.1 The Campaign is valid only with the purchase of selected BoBo products (“Participating Products”) in Singapore during the Campaign Period. The list of Participating Products will be determined by the Organizer and may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Certain packs of Participating Products may contain a sealed physical game card (“Game Card”) inside the product packaging. Game Cards are while stocks last and are not guaranteed in every pack or every purchase.
3.3 Each Game Card contains:
- A printed BoBo Buddy character; and
- A unique QR code that can be scanned to unlock the corresponding digital BoBo Buddy in the BoBo Family digital game (WhatsApp-based or web-based, as applicable).
3.4 The Organizer is not responsible for:
- Any Game Card that is lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, tampered with, defaced, or otherwise unusable; or
- Any Game Card that is missing from the packaging for any reason.
No replacement Game Cards will be provided.
3.5 Any Game Card that is defective, forged, copied, altered, purchased from resellers, traded, or obtained through unlawful or fraudulent means may be rejected and deemed invalid at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
4. BoBo Buddies – Physical Game (Scissors, Paper, Stone & Power Card)
4.1 Each physical Game Card represents one of the following BoBo Buddies (with associated game type):
- BoBo – Premium Fried FishBall (Power card)
- Bunny – Small Fried Ngoh Hiang (Scissors)
- Merleo – Big Flat Fishcake (Stone)
- Tuki – Small Xi Dao Fishcake (Scissors)
- Dasher – Sliced Fishcake (Stone)
- Santa – Cheese Tofu (Paper)
4.2 The physical BoBo Family game is a tabletop “Scissors, Paper, Stone” style game for 2 players. Players may collect Game Cards and use them to battle in their own time. A suggested basic rule set (which players may adapt) is:
- Each player prepares a hand of cards.
- Cards are revealed simultaneously; Scissors, Paper, Stone interactions follow the usual rules (Scissors beats Paper, Paper beats Stone, Stone beats Scissors).
- Power cards (e.g., BoBo) may be used according to the rule variants agreed by the players (e.g., wild card, double points, etc.).
4.3 To start a proper physical game, players are recommended to have a minimum of 4 Game Cards per player. This is a recommendation only; the Organizer does not control how participants actually play or modify the rules.
4.4 The physical game is purely for entertainment and collection purposes and has no direct monetary value.
5. BoBo Buddies – Digital Game (BoBo Family Pet Game)
5.1 Each Game Card also allows participants to unlock a digital BoBo Buddy in the BoBo Family digital game by scanning the unique QR code, subject to system compatibility and connectivity.
5.2 The digital game includes the following BoBo Buddy characters:
- BoBo – Premium Fried FishBall
- Bunny – Small Fried Ngoh Hiang
- Merleo – Big Flat Fishcake
- Tuki – Small Xi Dao Fishcake
- Dasher – Sliced Fishcake
- Santa – Cheese Tofu
5.3 The digital game is a pet-care style game, where participants can:
- Feed their BoBo Buddy;
- Shower/clean their BoBo Buddy;
- Perform other actions (if introduced later by the Organizer).
5.4 Each digital BoBo Buddy has a daily points system, where:
- The Buddy’s status will decrease by 50 points per day if not taken care of (e.g., not fed or showered), or as otherwise updated by the Organizer.
- Participants may use coins to perform actions such as feeding and showering.
- Each action typically costs 10 coins, subject to changes or special promotions determined by the Organizer.
5.5 Coins can be earned by playing digital mini-games:
- Participants may earn up to 1,000 coins per day from mini-games, subject to fair-use limits and any fraud detection.
- Participants may continue playing mini-games beyond the 1,000 daily coin limit for fun and leaderboard ranking, but no additional coins will be awarded once the daily cap is reached.
5.6 The digital game is provided “as is” and “as available”:
- The Organizer does not guarantee that the digital game will be available at all times, error-free, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible smartphone, data plan, and internet connection.
6. BoBo Rewards Points, Cashback & Leaderboard Prizes
6.1 To participate in the digital game and prize system, participants may be required to join or sign in to BoBo Rewards via an official channel (e.g., WhatsApp number 64326800, or any official link provided by the Organizer).
6.2 BoBo Rewards Points (“Points”)
- Points are a loyalty currency within the BoBo Rewards ecosystem.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged directly for cash, except via the Organizer’s designated cashback/voucher mechanism (if any).
- The conversion of Points to vouchers, cashback, or other benefits is governed by BoBo Rewards terms, which may be amended from time to time.
6.3 Monthly Leaderboard & Prizes
6.3.1 Participants may compete in a monthly leaderboard within the digital game, based on gameplay metrics (e.g., total score, win streaks, etc.) as determined solely by the Organizer.
6.3.2 For each Leaderboard Month falling within the Campaign Period, the indicative prizes are:
- 1st place: SGD $50 cashback (issued as 50,000 BoBo Rewards Points)
- 2nd place: SGD $30 cashback (issued as 30,000 BoBo Rewards Points)
- 3rd place: SGD $20 cashback (issued as 20,000 BoBo Rewards Points)
- 4th – 10th place: SGD $5 cashback each (issued as 5,000 BoBo Rewards Points per winner)
6.3.3 The Organizer may change the prize structure, Points value, or number of winners at any time, including for special months, bonus campaigns, or operational reasons.
6.3.4 Leaderboard Month shall be defined as the calendar month (e.g., 1–31 December), using Singapore time (SGT), unless otherwise stated.
6.3.5 In the event of a tie for any prize position, the Organizer reserves the right to apply tie-breaker rules (e.g., time achieved, number of games played, random draw among tied participants) at its absolute discretion.
6.3.6 Each participant may be limited to one prize per Leaderboard Month, even if they appear multiple times in the rankings, unless the Organizer expressly allows otherwise.
6.4 Redemption of BoBo Rewards Points via Digital BoBo Buddies
6.4.1 Participants may redeem BoBo Rewards Points using digital BoBo Buddies collected in the BoBo Family digital game, as follows:
- Redeem 1,000 BoBo Rewards Points by exchanging 6 of the same digital BoBo Buddy; and
- Redeem 2,000 BoBo Rewards Points by exchanging 6 different digital BoBo Buddies (i.e., 6 unique characters).
6.4.2 Customers can use the in-game redemption button or feature (as provided in the digital game) to directly redeem eligible digital BoBo Buddies for BoBo Rewards Points, by following the on-screen instructions.
6.4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity and uniqueness of the digital BoBo Buddies used for redemption (e.g., by checking QR codes, game logs, account activity); and
- Reject redemptions that appear fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the Campaign.
6.4.4 All Points redemptions are final and cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
7. How to Participate (Summary)
7.1 Physical Game Participation
- Purchase Participating Products in Singapore during the Campaign Period.
- Open the packaging to check if there is a sealed Game Card inside.
- Collect the physical Game Cards, exchange with friends/family if desired, and use them to play the physical “Scissors, Paper, Stone & Power” card game between 2 players (recommended minimum 4 cards per player).
7.2 Digital Game Participation
- Purchase Participating Products and obtain Game Cards as above.
- Scan the unique QR code on the Game Card using your smartphone.
- Follow the on-screen instructions (e.g., via WhatsApp or a web link) to unlock your BoBo Buddy and join BoBo Family digital game / BoBo Rewards.
- Feed, shower, and care for your Buddy daily using coins.
- Play mini-games to earn coins (up to 1,000 coins per day) and improve your standing on the monthly leaderboard.
- Collect digital BoBo Buddies and use the in-game redemption button to redeem eligible sets for BoBo Rewards Points.
8. Winner Selection, Notification & Prize Fulfilment
8.1 At the end of each Leaderboard Month, the Organizer will:
- Compile the rankings based on internal game data; and
- Identify the top participants eligible for prizes, subject to verification.
8.2 Winners may be notified via:
- WhatsApp (to the mobile number registered with BoBo Rewards); and/or
- Email (if provided); and/or
- Any other method the Organizer deems appropriate.
8.3 Winners may be required to:
- Provide their full name, NRIC/FIN (for verification), valid Singapore mobile number, and email;
- Confirm their BoBo Rewards account;
- Provide any further information reasonably requested by the Organizer to verify eligibility.
8.4 If a winner:
- Cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first notification; or
- Fails to respond, provide required information, or comply with these T&Cs;
the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner, or not award the prize.
8.5 Prizes will be fulfilled in the form of BoBo Rewards Points credited to the winner’s BoBo Rewards account. Any subsequent conversion to vouchers or cashback is subject to BoBo Rewards’ prevailing terms.
8.6 Prizes and Points are:
- Non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable; and
- Not convertible to cash except via the Organizer’s designated cashback or voucher channels.
9. Fraud, Misuse & Disqualification
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to:
- Investigate gameplay, Points accrual, and redemption activities;
- Disqualify any participant who is suspected of or found to have:
- Manipulated, hacked, or tampered with the game systems, QR codes, or Game Cards;
- Used scripts, bots, or any automated tools;
- Submitted false, misleading, or incomplete information; or
- Breached any of these T&Cs.
9.2 The Organizer may, in its sole discretion:
- Void or cancel any Points, redemptions, or prizes obtained through suspect or fraudulent means;
- Suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the digital game or BoBo Rewards.
10. Consent to Marketing & Data Protection
10.1 By participating in the Campaign (including scanning a QR code, signing up or logging into BoBo Rewards, or submitting your personal data), you consent to the Organizer:
- Collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal data for the purposes of:
- Administering the Campaign and BoBo Family game;
- Managing BoBo Rewards membership and Points;
- Contacting you regarding your participation, winnings, or redemptions; and
- Internal analytics and service improvement.
10.2 You also agree that the Organizer and its related corporations, affiliates, and partners may contact you for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
- Information on products, promotions, offers, contests, and events;
- Through the following channels:
- WhatsApp (including to and from 64326800),
- SMS,
- Email (including but not limited to [email protected]), and/or
- Any other contact methods you have provided.
10.3 You understand that your consent for marketing and promotional messages:
- Is in addition to any consent you may have separately given to the Organizer; and
- Will remain valid until you withdraw it.
10.4 You may opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time by:
- Following the unsubscribe instructions in the relevant message; or
- Contacting us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp 64326800 and indicating your request to withdraw consent.
10.5 All personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our prevailing Privacy Policy (as may be updated from time to time on our official website or channels).
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All intellectual property rights in and to:
- The BoBo Family Campaign;
- BoBo Buddies characters (BoBo, Bunny, Merleo, Tuki, Dasher, Santa);
- Game designs, artwork, game cards, digital assets, logos, trademarks, trade names; and
- All related materials and content
are owned by the Organizer or its licensors.
11.2 Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game and Game Cards solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes during the Campaign.
11.3 Participants shall not, without prior written consent of the Organizer:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, sell, license, or exploit any game content or materials;
- Use any of the Organizer’s trademarks, names, or logos in any way that may cause confusion or misrepresent association.
12. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense (including special, indirect, or consequential losses) suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with:
- Participation in the Campaign, including the physical or digital game;
- Any technical issues, system failures, data loss, delays, or interruptions in the digital game;
- Any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, participants’ data or digital accounts;
- The use of, or reliance on, any Game Cards, Points, or prizes;
- Any act or omission by any third-party service provider (e.g., telcos, WhatsApp, platform hosts).
12.2 All Game Cards, digital game access, Points, and prizes are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
12.3 The Campaign is not a lottery or gambling activity, and no additional payment beyond the purchase of Participating Products is required to play the game.
13. Third-Party Platforms
13.1 The Campaign may involve or be accessible through third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, social media, web-hosting services).
13.2 The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any such third-party platform. Any information you provide in connection with the Campaign is provided to the Organizer, not to those third parties.
13.3 Participants must comply with all applicable terms and conditions of such third-party platforms in addition to these T&Cs.
14. Modifications, Suspension & Termination
14.1 The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- Modify, vary, or update any aspect of the Campaign, including mechanics, game features, rewards, and T&Cs;
- Suspend or discontinue the Campaign (in part or in whole) for any reason, including technical issues, regulatory reasons, or at its commercial discretion.
14.2 In the event of any modification or termination, the Organizer will use reasonable efforts to notify participants via its official channels, but shall not be liable for any failure to do so.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
15.1 These T&Cs and the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

17. Miscellaneous
17.1 In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to the Campaign, these T&Cs shall prevail.
17.2 The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including but not limited to eligibility, gameplay, Points accrual, prize winners, and interpretation of these T&Cs, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
17.3 If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
