The #BoBocheesetofu Contest starts from 1 September 2021, 1100 hours and ends on 28 February 2022, 2359 hours (“Contest Period”).

Each month there will be 1 selected winner.

Terms and Conditions

The Contest

The Contest requires participants to post a video on its TikTok app. This Contest is organised by
Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd (“HLF”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and HLF.

Eligibility

• This Contest is open to persons who, on 1 September 2021, are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Participant must be living in Singapore.
• Participant must follow @bobomoment TikTok account.
• Multiple entries are allowed.

Mechanics of the Contest

• This Contest starts from 1 September 2021, 1100 hours and ends on 28 February 2022, 2359 hours (“Contest Period”)
• Each month there will be 1 selected winner who participated in the Contest.
• Participants are required to take a video with BoBo Cheese Tofu that clearly show BoBo Cheese Tofu packaging in their video and upload on to their personal TikTok account, tag @bobomoment and use hashtag #BoBomoment and #BoBocheesetofu.
• HLF will, in its sole and absolute discretion, pick the most creative entry as the winner of #BoBoCheeseTofu Contest and will contact the participants for his/her details. HLF will announce the winner via a video post published on the @BoBomoment TikTok account.
• HLF’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with this Contest, including the selection of the winning entries at its sole discretion, is final and binding on all participants. HLF shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Contest.
• HLF will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.

Prize

• Winners who participated in the Contest will receive SGD 300 in cash. By participating in the Contest, you are hereby granting HLF permission to use the photos or videos for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
• The Winner will be notified by @BoBomoment TikTok account.
• The video of the Winner will be published via a video post published on the @BoBomoment TikTok account each month during the Contest Period (“Notification”) and by participating in this Contest, you are hereby agreeing to HLF publishing your names and the text on your post, image or video entry on your TikTok account for the purposes of this Contest.
• Within 7 days from the Notification, each Winner is required to submit his/her — full name (as in NRIC), NRIC no, email address, mailing address and contact details for verification purposes to the email address provided in the Notification, in order to claim the Prize.
• Any Winner who does not respond with the information as required in the above clause within the stipulated time period of 7 days from the date of Notification will forfeit his/her rights to the prize.
• HLF reserves the right to select a reserve participant to replace any Winner subsequently disqualified.

General

• HLF may upon notice and without liability to any party:
  • i. vary these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the Contest; or
  • ii. substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
• By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless HLF from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following:
  • i. the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the Prize or part thereof awarded pursuant to the Contest; or
  • ii. the participation in the Contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.
• By setting up a TikTok Account and using any services, products or features of TikTok for the purposes of the Contest (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto the platform), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by the platform, and HLF shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage. Comments, photos, and video responses posted to @BoBomoment TikTok account are also subject to the terms of use of the platform. Your comments are public and available to anyone visiting the platform.
• Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for HLF, its advertising and promotional agencies to use any of the Winner’s names, and/or likeness and their winning entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
• A person who is not a party these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions and notwithstanding any terms herein, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of these Terms and Conditions.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of TikTok from any claims.
