IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Campaign is a purchase-with-participation promotional activity organised as a skill-based and knowledge-based challenge. It is not a lottery, gambling activity, game of chance, or betting activity of any kind. No financial consideration is staked against any outcome. Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee a prize. All prizes are funded solely by the Organiser and are not derived from participant contributions.

1.  GENERAL

1.1.  The “BoBo Goal Rush” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised by Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd (UEN 199306541G), with its registered office at Singapore (the “Organiser”), in conjunction with the FIFA World Cup 2026.

1.2.  This Campaign is a purchase-with-participation promotional activity. It is not a lottery, gambling activity, game of chance, or any form of betting as defined under the Betting Act 1960, Common Gaming Houses Act 1961, Remote Gambling Act 2014, or any other applicable law of Singapore. Prizes are awarded strictly based on qualifying purchases, skill-based knowledge predictions, and loyalty participation tiers as set out herein.

1.3.  This Campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026 organising body, or any participating national football association.

1.4.  By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the participant and the Organiser.

1.5.  The Campaign commences on 18 May 2026 at 00:00hrs (Singapore Standard Time, “SST”) and ends on 19 July 2026 at 23:59hrs SST (the “Campaign Period”). Entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified without notice.

1.6.  In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional or marketing material relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2.  ELIGIBILITY

2.1.  The Campaign is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of 18 May 2026.

2.2.  Participants must possess a valid Singapore residential address and a Singapore registered mobile number capable of receiving WhatsApp messages.

2.3.  The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Grand Prize draw:

  • Employees of the Organiser and its affiliated companies;
  • Employees of advertising, promotional, or fulfilment agencies engaged in connection with this Campaign; and
  • Immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) of the persons described above.

2.4.  The persons described in Clause 2.3 may participate in the Physical Roadshow Gachapon redemptions described in Section 6.

2.5.  The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3.  CAMPAIGN MECHANICS — WHATSAPP PARTICIPATION

3.1.  Qualifying Purchase: To be eligible to participate, a participant must spend a minimum of S$10.00 (Singapore Dollars) in a single transaction on any participating BoBo products at any authorised retailer in Singapore during the Campaign Period. Purchases must be made in a single receipt. Splitting of transactions to meet the minimum spend threshold is not permitted.

3.2.  Receipt Submission: To register participation, the participant must submit a clear, legible photograph of the original physical receipt via the official BoBo Rewards WhatsApp number at +65 6432 6006 (“BoBo Rewards WhatsApp”) within the Campaign Period.

3.3.  Receipt Requirements: Submitted receipts must:

  • Show the retailer name, date and time of purchase, itemised BoBo products purchased, and the total transaction amount;
  • Be clear, unaltered, and free from editing or digital manipulation;
  • Not be faded, duplicated, or otherwise tampered with.

3.4.  The Organiser reserves the right to request the original physical receipt for further verification at any time. Failure to produce the original receipt upon request will result in disqualification.

3.5.  Each valid receipt may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions will be rejected.

3.6.  Verification: The Organiser will endeavour to verify submitted receipts within 24 hours of submission. The Organiser’s decision on the validity of any receipt shall be final and binding.

3.7.  Participation Rewards: Upon successful verification of a qualifying receipt, the participant will receive:

  • One (1) complimentary BoBo Shopee Voucher providing 8% discount off a minimum spend of S$25 on the Shopee platform (“Participation Voucher”). The use of the Participation Voucher is subject to Shopee’s prevailing platform terms and conditions; and
  • A digital access link to submit entries for Game 1 (Top 3 Teams Knowledge Challenge) and, upon commencement of Game 2’s entry period, Game 2 (Match Score Knowledge Challenge).

4.  GAME MECHANICS, ENTRIES & PARTICIPATION SHARES

4.1.  Nature of Games: Both games forming part of this Campaign are skill-based and knowledge-based activities that require participants to apply their knowledge of association football. They are not games of chance, and no financial consideration is staked against any outcome by participants.

4.2.  The Campaign comprises two (2) independent skill-based prediction games:

  • Game 1 — Top 3 Teams Knowledge Challenge: Participants apply their football knowledge to identify the Top 3 finishing teams of the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament (in any order). Game 1 entries are accepted from 18 May 2026 at 00:00hrs SST and close on 8 July 2026 at 23:59hrs SST.
  • Game 2 — Match Score Knowledge Challenge: Participants apply their football knowledge to identify the correct final score(s) of designated FIFA World Cup 2026 match(es) as announced by the Organiser via BoBo Singapore’s official communication channels. Game 2 entries are accepted from 9 July 2026 at 00:00hrs SST and close on 19 July 2026 at 23:59hrs SST.

4.3.  Base Entries: For every S$10.00 spent in a single qualifying receipt, the participant earns one (1) base Entry. Entries are non-monetary participation credits that determine a participant’s eligibility and weighting for prize distribution. Entries carry no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

4.4.  Participation Shares: Upon submission of a valid game prediction, each Entry is converted into Participation Shares as follows: one (1) Entry earns three (3) Participation Shares. Participation Shares are used solely to determine the proportional distribution of the Cash Pool among qualifying participants and carry no monetary value of their own.

4.5.  Loyalty Tier Multipliers: To recognise early and continued participation, base Entries will be multiplied by a Loyalty Tier Multiplier based on the date the qualifying receipt is submitted via WhatsApp, as follows:

4.6.  Weekend Loyalty Bonus: For qualifying purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays during the Campaign Period, participants will receive double the base Entries (i.e., 2 base Entries for every S$10.00 spent). When combined with the applicable Loyalty Tier Multiplier, the effective Participation Shares earned on weekends are as follows:

4.7.  Total Participation Shares Formula: A participant’s total Participation Shares are calculated as follows:

Weekday: Total Shares = (Base Entries × Loyalty Tier Multiplier) × 3 Shares per Entry

Weekend: Total Shares = (Base Entries × Loyalty Tier Multiplier × 2) × 3 Shares per Entry

Example (Tier 1 Weekend): S$10 spent on a Saturday in June = 1 Base Entry × 3 (Tier 1) × 2 (Weekend) × 3 Shares = 18 Shares

4.8.  All game entries and predictions must be submitted and finalised before the respective cut-off times stated in Clause 4.2. Entries submitted after the cut-off will be void.

4.9.  Each participant may submit multiple qualifying receipts throughout the Campaign Period, subject to Clause 3.5. Each valid receipt generates its own Entries calculated in accordance with Clauses 4.3 to 4.7.

5.  GRAND PRIZE FUNDS

5.1.  Structure: There are two (2) independent Cash Pools corresponding to each game:

  • Game 1 Cash Pool: Commences with a base amount of S$1,000.00 pre-committed by the Organiser. The Fund is active and accumulates exclusively during the Game 1 entry period (18 May 2026 – 8 July 2026 at 23:59hrs SST).
  • Game 2 Cash Pool: Commences with a base amount of S$1,000.00 pre-committed by the Organiser. The Fund is active and accumulates exclusively during the Game 2 entry period (9 July 2026 – 19 July 2026 at 23:59hrs SST).

5.2.  Fund Growth: As a goodwill gesture by the Organiser, for every S$10.00 spent by participants in a valid qualifying receipt submitted during a game’s active entry period, S$1.00 will be added to that game’s Cash Pool by the Organiser. For clarity:

  • Receipts submitted between 18 May 2026 and 8 July 2026 (23:59hrs SST) contribute S$1.00 to the Game 1 Fund only.
  • Receipts submitted between 9 July 2026 and 19 July 2026 (23:59hrs SST) contribute S$1.00 to the Game 2 Fund only.
  • No cross-contribution between Funds applies.

5.3.  The Cash Pools are wholly funded by the Organiser. Participants do not contribute to the Funds. The Fund growth described in Clause 5.2 is a unilateral goodwill contribution by the Organiser and does not constitute a pooling of participant monies, a prize pool funded by participants, or any form of wagering or gambling.

5.4.  The final accumulated amount of each Cash Pool will be determined at the close of the respective game’s entry period and will be publicly announced on BoBo Singapore’s official social media channels.

6.  GRAND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

6.1.  Qualifying Criteria:

  • Game 1: To qualify for a share of the Game 1 Cash Pool, a participant must correctly identify all three (3) Top finishing teams of the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament. The three teams may be submitted in any order.
  • Game 2: To qualify for a share of the Game 2 Cash Pool, a participant must correctly identify the exact final score(s) of the designated match(es) as announced by the Organiser.

6.2.  Each Cash Pool is distributed independently. A participant who qualifies under both Games is entitled to a share of both Funds, calculated separately.

6.3.  Prize Allocation — Pro-Rata Distribution: The respective Cash Pool will be distributed among all qualifying participants on a pro-rata basis, strictly according to the proportion of Participation Shares held by each qualifying participant relative to the total Participation Shares held by all qualifying participants of that game.

Illustration: If the Game 1 Cash Pool is S$3,000 and all qualifying Game 1 participants collectively hold 1,500 Participation Shares, each Share is worth S$2.00. A qualifying participant holding 60 Shares would receive S$120.00.

6.4.  In the event that no participant correctly qualifies for a game, the Organiser reserves the right to either roll over the Cash Pool to a subsequent promotional activity or distribute it among participants with the closest correct predictions, at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.

6.5.  Announcement: The final Cash Pool amounts and the list of qualifying winners will be audited by the Organiser and announced on BoBo Singapore’s official social media channels within fourteen (14) working days after the conclusion of the Campaign Period.

6.6.  Winner Notification: Winners will be notified directly via WhatsApp to the mobile number used for receipt submission. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their WhatsApp contact details are accurate and active.

6.7.  Prize Collection: The Grand Prize payout will be issued by way of a physical cheque made payable to the winner’s name as provided. Winners must collect their cheque in person at the Organiser’s designated office, the address of which will be communicated at the time of notification. Winners must present a valid Singapore NRIC or passport for identity verification upon collection. Prizes not claimed within seven (7) calendar days of the notification date will be forfeited without compensation.

6.8.  Prizes are subject to audit verification. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold any prize pending satisfactory completion of verification.

7.  PHYSICAL ROADSHOWS & GACHAPON REDEMPTION

7.1.  In addition to the digital campaign, the Organiser will conduct physical roadshows at the following locations and dates:

7.2.  Gachapon Redemption Qualification: Participants who spend a minimum of S$10.00 on BoBo products in a single receipt at the respective roadshow venue on the designated event dates are entitled to one (1) complimentary Gachapon play. The Gachapon is a complimentary physical prize redemption activity provided at no additional cost and does not involve any staking, wagering, or gambling.

7.3.  One (1) qualifying receipt entitles the participant to one (1) Gachapon play at the roadshow venue, regardless of total spend amount.

7.4.  Gachapon prizes are available on a while-stocks-last basis. Prizes may include any one (1) of the following:

  • Premium Knife Set;
  • Custom BoBo Pillow;
  • Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Soccer Ball; or
  • BoBo Cuttlefish Ball (200g pack).

7.5.  Gachapon prizes are dispensed randomly from available stock. Participants cannot choose or request a specific prize.

7.6.  Receipts used for Gachapon redemptions at roadshow venues may also be submitted to the BoBo Rewards WhatsApp to earn Entries and participate in the Grand Prize Games, subject to Clause 3.5.

8.  PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

8.1.  The Organiser is committed to protecting the personal data of participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”) and its subsidiary legislation and guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”).

8.2.  Data Collected: By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge that the Organiser and its authorised agents and service providers may collect, use, and disclose the following categories of personal data:

  • Full name;
  • Singapore mobile number (WhatsApp);
  • Purchase details (retailer, amount, date, and BoBo products purchased); and
  • Any other personal data voluntarily provided during participation.

8.3.  Purposes of Collection: Personal data is collected and used for the following purposes:

  • Administering, verifying, and managing Campaign participation and entries;
  • Communicating with participants regarding Campaign updates, verification queries, and prize notifications;
  • Prize fulfilment, including identity verification for cheque collection;
  • Conducting audits and maintaining records as required by applicable law; and
  • Marketing, advertising, and promotional activities related to BoBo Singapore and Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd, including but not limited to direct marketing via WhatsApp.

8.4.  Consent: By submitting a receipt to the BoBo Rewards WhatsApp and participating in the Campaign, participants expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes stated in Clause 8.3.

8.5.  Disclosure: The Organiser may disclose personal data to:

  • Third-party service providers engaged to administer or support the Campaign (e.g., verification agents, prize fulfilment vendors); and
  • Regulatory authorities where required by law.

8.6.  The Organiser will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer participants’ personal data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes without the participant’s prior consent.

8.7.  Retention: Personal data collected in connection with this Campaign will be retained for a period of no longer than two (2) years from the end of the Campaign Period, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, after which it will be securely destroyed or anonymised.

8.8.  Rights of Participants: Participants have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent for the use of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time;
  • Request access to their personal data held by the Organiser; and
  • Request correction of any inaccurate personal data held by the Organiser.

8.10.  Withdrawal of consent for the collection and use of personal data for Campaign administration purposes will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant from the Campaign and the forfeiture of any accumulated Entries, Participation Shares, or prizes without compensation.

8.11.  By submitting WhatsApp messages to the BoBo Rewards WhatsApp number, participants acknowledge that communications made via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and terms of service, which are independent of the Organiser’s data protection obligations.

9.  GENERAL CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMERS

9.1.  Non-Gambling Declaration: This Campaign is not affiliated with, connected to, or endorsed by any gambling operator, licensed betting organisation, or remote gambling service. The Campaign mechanics, including the use of Participation Shares for pro-rata prize distribution, are purely administrative tools for determining prize allocation among qualifying participants and do not constitute wagering, betting, or gambling of any nature.

9.2.  Non-Transferability: All prizes, including Participation Vouchers, Gachapon physical prizes, and Cash Pool shares, are personal to the winning participant and are strictly non-transferable. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or alternative items, except where the Organiser exercises its right under Clause 9.3.

9.3.  Prize Substitution: The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

9.4.  Amendments: The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated via BoBo Singapore’s official social media channels.

9.5.  Disqualification: The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits fraudulent, altered, or duplicated receipts;
  • Engages in any conduct that the Organiser reasonably considers to be an attempt to manipulate or abuse the Campaign mechanics;
  • Provides false or misleading personal information; or
  • Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

9.6.  Disqualification may occur at any stage of the Campaign, including after a prize has been awarded. The Organiser reserves the right to reclaim any prize awarded to a disqualified participant.

9.7.  Disputes: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions, or any prize, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding. No correspondence, negotiation, or appeals will be entertained.

9.8.  Force Majeure: The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government regulations, network or infrastructure failures, or cancellation or postponement of the FIFA World Cup 2026.

9.9.  Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with participation in the Campaign;
  • Any technical failure, error, or malfunction affecting the receipt, verification, or processing of submitted entries;
  • Any loss or damage arising from the use of any prize; or
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.

9.10.  Tax: Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in connection with the receipt of any prize. The Organiser makes no representation as to the tax treatment of any prize.

9.11.  Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9.12.  Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
